Rebook Reservation

Returning guests are what we strive for

This is the goal, the same guest returning year after year roughly the same time. Wouldn’t it be nice to just hit a button and rebook them for the same week next year? You guessed it, CabinKey can do that with ease.

How to rebook a reservation

• Go to Reservations
• Find the reservation you want to rebook.
• Click the action menu button (a green button with white triangle pointing down).
• Click Rebook.
• A new reservation will be created for the same guest, with the same Units and Addons.
• You are redirected to the new reservation, Please double check the dates and edit accordingly.

How it works and some gotcha’s

• If this year, the guest arrived on the second Saturday in July for a week. It will attempt to book them next year for the second Saturday in July for a week.
• If this year, they stayed on a date that is the fifth Saturday, and next year’s month doesn’t have a fifth Saturday, it will use the 4th Saturday.
• If this year is a leap year and they stay on Feb 29 (e.g. the last Saturday of the month), then next year it will choose the last Saturday in February.
• If you do not have rates set up for next year, attempting to rebook will fail.
• If there are any conflicts with the Units/Addons, attemping to rebook will fail.
