Addon Rental

Think of reservations as a bucket you add items to such as Addon Rentals, Addon Rentals, and Point of Sale Purchases. All grouped together and linked to a guest.

Adding an Addon Rental

• Go to Reservations
• Find the reservation you want to add a Addon
• Click on the “Add Addon” button
• Fill out the details of the Addon Rental such as start, end, and addon.
• Click Save
• Hooray, the reservation now has a Addon Rental

Editing an Addon Rental

Anything about the Addon Rental can be changed

• While viewing the reservation, go to the “Addons” tab
• From the Addons tab you can click the “Edit” button to
  • Delete the Addon Rental
  • Edit the Arrival, Departure, Adults, or Pets (Not, while using Rate System v2 it will automatically calculate the new rate and taxes)
• From the Addons tab you can click the “Edit Charges” to override the Addon Rental Charges. This will also update the taxes to reflect the new Addon Rental charges.
• From the Addons tab you can click the “Edit Taxes” button to override the Addon Rental Taxes.

Remove an Addon Rental

• Go to Reservations
• Find the reservation you want to alter
• While viewing the reservation, go to the “Addons” tab
• From the Addons tab you can click the “Edit” button to
• Click the “Delete” button
• Confirm you want to delete the Addon Rental
