Move Reservation

Need to assign a reservation to a different Guest?

It’s possible that you may need to transfer a reservation to another guest. This can be done with the “Move Reservation”.

How to move a reservation

• Go to Reservations
• Find the reservation you want to delete
• Scroll down to the Danger Zone section and click to expand
• Click Move Reservation
• From the Right Drawer, you have two options
  • Search for an existing Guest and click on their name
  • Create a new Guest
• Once you select an existing Guest or create a new one. The reservation will be assigned to this new guest record.
