Stay Rules

Stay rules control how long guests can stay and when they can arrive and depart: minimum and maximum nights, allowed arrival days, and allowed departure days. Rules are assigned to units per season on the assignments page or from each unit’s rates page.

Add Stay Rule creates a rule with a name, night limits, and day restrictions; edit or delete existing rules from their cards.

Gap Filling & Last Minute relaxes your rules automatically to capture stays you’d otherwise lose:

• Gap Filling — when an unbookable hole opens between reservations, accept stays of at least the Gap Floor number of nights inside it.
• Last Minute — within a set number of days before arrival, accept stays of at least a shorter minimum.
