Deposit Settings

Control how much guests must pay up front to hold a reservation. Reservations that still owe their deposit are tracked on Deposits Due.

Turn Enable Deposits on, then choose the calculation level:

• Property Wide Deposit — one rule for everything: a Fixed Amount or a Percent of Total, with optional minimum, maximum, and rounding.
• Per unit and add-on — independent deposit settings for each unit and add-on, using the same fixed/percent options. Rows set to $0 are highlighted so nothing slips through unconfigured.
