Reservations

The full list of reservations for your property. Search by guest or order number, filter by status and date, and act on reservations directly from the list.

Filters

Narrow the list by status — Active, Pending, Cancelled, or Incomplete — and by arrival or departure dates. Apply Filters updates the table; Clear returns to the full list.

Reservation Table

Each row shows the order number, guest, items, arrival, departure, total, and outstanding balance. The row menu offers quick actions without leaving the list:

• Open Guest View / Copy Guest Link — see or share the guest’s view of the reservation.
• Approve Only / Approve & Send — approve a pending reservation, optionally sending the confirmation email in one step.
• Send Confirmation — send (or resend) the confirmation email, with an optional personal message.
• Checkin / Checkout / Reset Checkins — process the stay.
• Download Printable PDF — a printable copy of the reservation.
• Cancel / Activate / Rebook — change the reservation’s lifecycle.
