Seasons
Seasons are the date ranges your pricing is organized around — rates, addon rates, and stay rules are all assigned per season.
Add Season creates one with a name, start, and end date. Consecutive seasons must connect: each season’s start date has to match the previous season’s end date. CabinKey warns you when a gap opens up, because guests can’t book stays that span a gap.
From a season’s row you can:
- Edit its name and dates.
- Clone it — copying rates and assignments from another season to get a head start.
- Set a nightly base rate per unit for the whole season in one step; leave a unit blank to skip it.
- Delete a season you no longer need.
