One rate plan's pricing, adjustments, and assignments
Rate Plan Detail
Configure a single rate plan:
- Settings — the plan’s name and base pricing. Set the nightly rate, and optionally a weekly rate; leave the weekly rate at $0 if the plan doesn’t use weekly pricing.
- Rate Adjustments — attach pricing adjustments that apply on top of this plan: pet fees, occupancy charges, day-of-week discounts, and more.
- Season + Unit Assignments — choose which season and unit combinations use this plan. A unit uses exactly one rate plan per season.
- Danger Zone — permanently delete the plan and all of its assignments. This can’t be undone.
