Which emails CabinKey sends, and who receives copies
Email Templates
Control which automated emails CabinKey sends for your property, grouped by audience:
- Guest Emails — confirmations, receipts, and other guest-facing mail. Add CC addresses to receive copies of what guests get.
- Owner Emails — notifications for property owners. Add recipients to receive them.
- Front Desk Emails — operational mail for front desk staff.
Toggle each template Enabled or Disabled, and use Add Recipient to pick addresses from the property’s contact emails.
