Guest Detail
Everything you know about one guest, in one place.
- Guest Details — name, prefix/suffix, and company, all editable.
- Guest Loyalty — historical stay and revenue context: lifetime value, total stays and nights, first and last stay, and their next arrival if they have one. Guests who haven’t stayed in over 13 months are flagged for win-back follow-up.
- Contact Information — add and edit emails, phones, and addresses.
- Saved Cards — view masked saved cards from Stripe when needed. Informational only; charging happens from a reservation.
- Notes — free-form notes about the guest, visible only to your team.
- Reservations — every reservation this guest has with your property.
You can also Archive a guest to tuck them away without deleting their history, and unarchive them later.
