Unit Rates
How this unit is priced, season by season.
- Unit Occupancy — the number of people included in the daily and weekly rates. Guests beyond this count can be charged extra through occupancy rate adjustments.
- Rate Plans — choose one rate plan for each active season. This is the same assignment you can manage in bulk on the Rate Plan Assignments page.
- Stay Rules — enable the stay rules that apply to this unit for each active season, controlling minimum nights and arrival/departure days.
You need seasons configured before rates can be assigned.
