Getting paid in full just got easier. A new Balances Due list shows every guest who has checked out but still owes you money, and your alerts now warn you right away when a unit can’t be booked. The booking widget on your website also fits your page better.

• New Balances Due list

  • See every reservation that has checked out with money still owed, so no balance slips through the cracks after a guest heads home.
  • Find it under Reservations in your dashboard, then use Collect Payment or Log Payment on any reservation to clear it.

• Alerts that catch unbookable units

  • You’ll now get an alert when a unit has rates for a season but no stay rule, which means guests can’t book it for those dates. The alert takes you straight to assigning one.
  • Season and stay rule alerts now show up the moment something needs attention and clear as soon as you fix it.

• A better-fitting booking widget

  • The booking search on your own website now resizes to fit its content and makes room for the date picker, so guests never see it cut off or scrolling inside the frame.
  • Older booking widgets already on your website keep working, with nothing for you to change.
