This week is all about the emails you send. You can now see which guest emails actually get opened and clicked, choose who on your team gets copies from one simple grid, and preview every email exactly as your guests will see it.

Highlights

  • New Email Engagement report

    • See how many of your guest emails were delivered, opened, and clicked, by email and over time, so you know which messages are landing.
    • Find it under Reports in your dashboard, filter by email or date range, and export it when you need it.

  • A simpler Email Templates page

    • Every email now sits in one grid with your team across the top: tick a box to send someone a copy, or tick a whole section at once, and flip any email on or off right from the same row.
    • Find it under Settings → Email Templates.

  • Previews that look like your property

    • The preview button on each email now shows the real email filled in with your own property’s details, so what you see is what your guests get.
