This Week in CabinKey (October 4, 2026)
A redesigned booking confirmation page, a smoother search experience on phones, and room for bigger groups on reservations
◀ Go BackThis Week in CabinKey
Your guests now land on a beautiful new confirmation page the moment they book, and finding an open cabin from a phone just got a whole lot easier. We also made room for bigger groups when you add or edit a reservation.
Highlights
-
A redesigned booking confirmation page
- Right after booking, guests see a clear, friendly summary of their stay (dates, nights, party size, and total) that reads correctly whether the reservation is confirmed, awaiting your review, or cancelled.
-
Search that fits your guests’ phones
- Availability and unit pages now fit neatly on a phone: the calendar shows the full two weeks at a glance with their requested nights highlighted, results scroll into view after picking dates, and the stay total stays in sight while they browse.
- Unavailable units tuck out of the way, and guests can pinch to zoom without the page jumping around as they type.
-
Room for bigger groups
- When adding or editing a reservation, you can now pick at least 20 guests per age group, even for units with a smaller listed capacity.
-
Clearer dates in guest emails
- Stay dates in guest emails now include the year, so there’s no confusion when someone books well ahead.
Under the Hood
- A tidier footer on your booking pages.
- Continued reliability and security work behind the scenes.
