Your refreshed dashboard is now the default, so the cleaner layout and the newest tools are right there when you sign in. We also made it a snap to rebook a guest a year out, added an alert that tells you exactly which outside calendar stopped syncing, and made the guest payment page clearer.
Highlights
-
Your refreshed dashboard, now the default
- The newer dashboard has a cleaner, simpler layout — and it’s home to your latest tools like waitlists, alerts, and scheduled reports, which only live here.
- Just sign in to your dashboard — you’re already there.
-
Rebook returning guests in one click
- The reservation calendar now has a dedicated “advance one year” button, so booking a returning guest into the same stay next year takes a single tap.
- Find it on the reservation calendar in your dashboard.
-
Know exactly which imported calendar stopped syncing
- If a connected outside calendar stops updating, CabinKey now flags it and names the specific calendar — so you can fix it fast and avoid surprise double bookings.
- Watch for these alerts in your dashboard.
-
Clearer guest payments
- The payment page now shows the guest’s name and your property name, so guests can see at a glance they’re paying for the right stay.
- Guests will see this automatically when they pay.
-
Easier to bring your data with you
- Moving over from another tool is smoother — we’ve improved importing your reservations and guests from Hostaway and your contacts from Mailchimp, so your history comes along for the ride.
- Switching or have lists to bring in? Reach out and our team will help you import them.
Under the Hood
- More reliable payments and payment follow-ups behind the scenes.
- Faster image and page loading across your dashboard.
- Continued security hardening around sign-in and your account.
